Journey of 25+ Year from Nature to Nurtures
Wipula Gunaratna, founder of Shello Cosmetics, was born and raised in a small rural town in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka. After graduating from the University of Kelaniya, he pursued a diploma in Cosmetic Science at Meadowbank TAFE in Sydney, Australia. He subsequently gained more than 15 years of professional experience as a formulation scientist at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Australia. Driven by a desire to bring his international expertise home, he returned to Sri Lanka and founded Shello Cosmetics.
His passion for nature and cosmetic science inspired him to develop high-quality skincare and personal care products that combine carefully selected natural ingredients with modern scientific innovation. Over the past 25 years, Shello Cosmetics has built a strong reputation for excellence, offering trusted products that meet rigorous standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
